When
TELUS decided to venture into the digital television market, their challenge was to roll out a service one city at a time and yet have a comprehensive marketing campaign that would attract new subscribers in only the markets where the new service was launching. The solution was a DM and Interactive campaign that would be geo-targeted as the service was activated neighbourhood by neighbourhood. The microsite designed by POWERSHiFTER demonstrated the uniqueness of the service in a way that quickly communicated the idea to consumers that receiving digital TV from the phone company was indeed real and very exciting. The site received a Merit Lotus Award in the Business to Consumer category.
